That’s no problem. We understand sometimes you need to gather information and files and this take time. Simply complete as much as you can and during the proofing stage there will be time to make updates.

Yes, You will receive two electronic proofs during the process. Before we finalise your book and provide printed copies we want you to be happy.
Our custom books usually take 4 weeks.
Once we have all information [ details from the forms and any photos you wish to use ] we will commence the design process. The steps this involves are as follows:
• carefully read all information to gain a sense of who your child is
• review all photos supplied [ we’ll advise if there are any concerns regarding quality for reproduction ]
• commence design tailored to your childs interests, colours, themes
• provide first proof within 2 weeks
• feedback and minor changes
• final proof sent for approval
• produce your book/s
• send your books to your door

No. This is your customised book and we would never showcase your book.
We love celebrating our clients and if they chose to allow us to showcase their book, then of course we’d love toi do so. We would always seek your written permission first.
We’d prefer you didn’t as we take the upmost care in designing and producing your book. Printing from orginal files rather than copy results in a beautifully finished book.
We don’t provide our professional working files for a few reasons. They are produced using professional industry software [ no templates - everything is custom designed ] and as such remain the property of THIS IS AUTISM.
Everything we produced is backed up and should you ever need more copies printed we can organise this for you.
Yes. In fact many people do after they realise how useful they are. We back up all our files and cataolgue them based on your order number. Simply email us with your order number and how many copies you’d like to order and we’ll make it happen.
We’ll provide you a total cost before we proceed.
Re-prints usually take 5 days to reach you, depending on what part of Ausralia you live in.
